It's not enough, but without it, who you know doesn't make any difference, you have nothing to offer. And working harder isn't the secret to wealth. I don't believe wealthy people work any harder than many who toil in cubicals day after day. I believe working smarter is a closer secret to wealth. Which is related to what you know. It's only recently that I've gotten to know some influencial people. I think you need all three.
