**If you ordered a physical program it will ship within 24-48 hours.

Refunds

**Memberships: If at any time you decide to cancel your membership, just let us know and we will stop charging the monthly membership fee immediately

**Digital Products: If you are not totally satisfied with an ebook or mp3 program purchase for any reason … or even for no reason at all … just let us know within 90 days. We’ll give you a prompt and full refund of all your money.

**Physical Products: Book, Audio or Video Hard copy poducts must be returned to us and upon receipt, we'll issue a full product refund.
